The Wastewater Division is comprised on five major programs: Collection System, Maintenance and Upgrades, Source Control/Technical Services, Operations, and Environmental Health/Safety Compliance. In addition, there is an Administration component as well.

The Collection System program oversees the system and the sewer lines below the street. The Maintenance and Upgrades program maintains the lift-stations and flood control channels. The Source Control/Technical Services program monitors the storm water and storm drain runoff from restaurants, automotive repair shops and construction sites. The Operations program operates the wastewater treatment plant. The Environmental Health/Safety Compliance program ensures regulatory and safety compliance. And finally, the Administration section maintains training and certification records, official documents and is the nucleus of the treatment plant.
