1.  How can I get up-to-date information about the project?

The Wastewater Division's goal is to keep the public, especially residents and merchants along the excavation route who are most affected, informed on a continuous basis. You may revisit the Redwood-Headworks Project website or call (805) 385-8360 for 24-hour, recorded information in English and Spanish.

2.  How can I report an unsafe condition or act in and around a project worksite?

The Wastewater Division is serious about workplace safety - doing everything possible to prevent worksite mishaps and injuries to the public. You may report any unsafe condition or act to any of the workers or foremen at the worksites or call the Wastewater Division at (805) 488-3517.

3.  Who do I call if I witness an accident at or near a project worksite?

The Wastewater Division does not wish to circumvent local emergency agencies and/or personnel. Please dial 9-1-1 in the unfortunate event that an accident does occur.
